The TradeCentric Portal is an online application that provides access to transaction data. Using Portal, you can test your solutions and monitor for failures before implementing the solutions in your production environment. Additionally, logging in to Portal provides access to our Analytics product, which offers more advanced insights about your solution and trading partner activity.

Getting your credentials
If you haven't received your login credentials for Portal yet, see the subsections below to learn how to request credentials for yourself or other members of your organization.
Account administrator
If you're the administrator of your TradeCentric account, your TradeCentric Project Manager will provide your credentials to you once we've set up your solutions on our side. If you haven’t received your credentials yet and your organization is still in the initial onboarding phase with us, contact your Project Manager. If your organization is no longer in the initial onboarding phase, contact our support team.
All other users
If your organization is still in the initial onboarding phase with us, the account administrator will need to contact your TradeCentric Project Manager to request that we create an account for any other employees who need access to Portal. If your organization is no longer in the initial onboarding phase, the account administrator will need to contact our support team to get an account set up for these employees. When the account administrator contacts the Project Manager or our support team, this administrator will need to specify an email address and user role for these users.
Logging in
To log in to Portal, go to https://portal.tradecentric.com/console/login and then enter your login credentials. If you attempt to log in 15 consecutive times using the incorrect credentials, you'll be locked out of your account for 24 hours.
Note: If your account is locked, reset your password to get access again. If you're logging in for the first time, you'll also need to reset your password to keep your account secure. For more information, see our Resetting your Portal password article.
