Welcome to TradeCentric's Knowledge Base, a website that provides information about our solutions, products, and features. We regularly update our Knowledge Base so you can find relevant, useful information.
Many articles and videos are private, meaning that they're restricted to TradeCentric customers who are logged in. If you have access to the TradeCentric Portal, you can log in to the Knowledge Base using single sign-on (SSO).
This article provides login instructions.
Logging in (customers only)
If you're already on the Knowledge Base, click Log in in the top-right corner of the page and then enter your Portal credentials. Once you've logged in, you'll be redirected back to the Knowledge Base with full access.
To log in to the Knowledge Base from Portal, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to https://portal.tradecentric.com/.
- Log in to your Portal account.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click the ? icon.
- From the drop-down menu, select Knowledge Base. Once you've selected this option, you'll be redirected back to the Knowledge Base with access to all content.
Note: If you're already logged in to Portal and you navigate to the Knowledge Base URL directly, you won't be logged in automatically. You'll need to use one of the methods described above to log in.
