Welcome to TradeCentric's Knowledge Base, a website that provides information about our solutions, products, and features. We regularly update our Knowledge Base so you can find relevant, useful information.
Many articles and videos are private, meaning that they're restricted to TradeCentric customers who are logged in to the Knowledge Base. If you have access to the TradeCentric Portal, you can log in using single sign-on (SSO).
This article provides login information for the Knowledge Base.
Logging in to access content (customers only)
SSO allows you to enter your Portal credentials to log in from either the Knowledge Base or Portal. To log in to the Knowledge Base when you're already on the Knowledge Base website, click Sign in in the top-right corner of the page and then enter your credentials. Once you've logged in to Portal, you'll be redirected back to the Knowledge Base with access to all content.
To log in to the Knowledge Base from Portal, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to https://portal.tradecentric.com/.
- Log in to your Portal account.
- In the top-right corner of the page, click the ? icon.
- From the drop-down menu, select Knowledge Base. Once you've selected this option, you'll be redirected back to the Knowledge Base with access to all content.
Note: If you're already logged in to Portal and you navigate to the Knowledge Base URL, you won't be logged in automatically. To log in, you'll need to use one of the methods described above.
