We recommend that all new users reset their password when they first log in to the TradeCentric Portal. Additionally, if you later forget your password, get locked out of your account, or would like to change your password for security purposes, you can reset it at any time.
See one of the sections below to learn how to reset your password depending on whether you know your current one.
Note: Since we don't set a password expiration timeframe for Portal accounts, we recommend that you follow your organization's policies for password security.
